About Our Phones

Are your phones original?

Yes. Every device is a genuine, factory-manufactured phone. We do not sell refurbished clones or replicas.

What does "certified pre-owned" mean?

It means the phone has been previously used but has passed our rigorous multi-point quality inspection. We grade each device as Excellent, Good, or Fair so you know exactly what to expect.

Do the phones come with a warranty?

Yes. Every device includes a 3-month Mobile Bazaar guarantee covering hardware defects. See our Return Policy for full details.

What accessories are included?

Each order includes the phone, a compatible charging cable, an inspection certificate, and an invoice with warranty card. Original boxes or earphones are not guaranteed unless mentioned in the listing.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog, add the phone to your cart, choose a shipping address, and confirm at checkout. You will need to create an account first.

Can I order multiple phones?

Yes. Add as many phones as you like to your cart. Each phone is a unique unit — once ordered, it is reserved exclusively for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled while the status is Pending or Confirmed. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you can return the device after delivery.

Where do you ship?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is freeon orders above ₹5,000. A flat fee of ₹149 applies to smaller orders.

Can I pick up from your store?

Absolutely. Visit us at Khan Tower, 2nd Floor, Near Kharagpur College, Inda O.T. Road, Kharagpur. Store hours: Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 1–10 business days depending on your payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are fastest (1–3 days).
