1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners. All orders are dispatched from our store in Kharagpur, West Bengal.
2. Delivery Timelines

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000.
- A flat fee of ₹149 applies to orders below ₹5,000.
- Express or same-day delivery (where available) may carry an additional charge shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and on your Account → Orders page. You can use this to track your package on the courier's website.
5. Packaging
Every device is securely packed in a tamper-proof box with bubble-wrap protection. The box contains:
- Your certified pre-owned phone
- Charging cable (USB-C or Lightning as applicable)
- Inspection certificate
- Invoice and warranty card
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is damaged on arrival, do not accept delivery. Contact us immediately at mbsales344@gmail.com or +91 62943 29729 with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
7. Local Pickup
You are welcome to collect your order in person from our store at Khan Tower, 2nd Floor, Near Kharagpur College, Inda O.T. Road, Kharagpur. Store hours: Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
